One-on-one session lasting one hour. Upon initial booking, you will be sent a private training intake form, so you can provide information for your coach to personalize your training.
Duration: Training is available for both short and long terms.
Frequency: Most clients book 1-3 sessions per week. Client is welcome to bring one guest to their workouts at no additional fee. You may also partner this with our online training.
Price: $85 (Can be made tandem)

Small group session lasting one hour.
Duration: Recommended as ongoing weekly.
Frequency: Recommended 1-3 classes per week along with private training or online training.
All classes are available as drop-ins and in packages ranging from $15-$18 per class, with Pilates having class-specific passes. Pilates pricing is $10-$15, depending on selected package.
Regular class passes may be used for Pilates. Pilates passes may only be used for Pilates.
Class Descriptions:
Mat Pilates
This Pilates class features tools, including bands, balls, blocks, and more. This class also offers supports, such as wedges for wrist support and blankets for knee support.Weightlifting Foundations (Women’s Group)
Learn the foundations of weightlifting in an intimate space. This class can help to transition to our other weightlifting classes or to build confidence to lift in the free-weight section of another gym.Kettlebell
A 45 minute class using the versatile kettlebell. This class features a dynamic warm up and intervals during the strength portion.Deep Stretch
You are welcome to bring tea or coffee to sip as we stretch together. We will be in long holds and take our lifting recovery to the next level!Powerlifting
This class focuses on the power lifts (deadlift, back squat, bench press, overhead press) and building strength for each.Mixed Class
A blend of strength and conditioning for all skill levels. -
Delivered via app, workouts include video demonstrations. Clients can upload videos of training directly to the app and receive coaching feedback.
Two Sessions/ Week: $100/ month
Three Sessions/ Week: $135/ monthThree month initial commitment required.

Booking and Cancelations
We have worked on making your scheduling as streamlined as possible. We are so thrilled to announce that we now have an app for easy booking through our online booking platform!
Please note that this changes our 24 hour policy to be effective via the app or online, rather than contacting your trainer. You are now expected to manage your cancellations and bookings. Of course, we are always available to help and show you things, but our booking platform will enforce these policies automatically. Please reach out prior to missing your cancelation deadline, so we can be of greatest assistance.
Some features of the platform:
-Class booking and cancelation, membership subscriptions, and more! We require pre-registration to honor the time of coaches, your classmates, and you!
-Private training cancelation (we will continue having coaches schedule with their clients for the time being. Your coach uploads your scheduled sessions to your account and you are responsible for cancelations/ rebooking)
-Calendar integration
-Expirations are noted right on your passes and it’s easy to buy more while you schedule! We will soon have Apple Pay as an option, but have not made that feature live
-You can hop on the waitlist if your chosen class is full!
-Gift cards can be purchased and applied to your account!
