Holly Wilson | Owner
Hi There! I’m Holly. I began coaching strength in 2015 and have spent the years since integrating evidence-based practice and the realities of life into my training with students.
I opened Liberty Fitness in 2021 with the mission to create a space where people could access premier quality strength training with an emphasis on body awareness and form. Traditionally, the lifting space can feel intimidating and/ or unwelcoming to many newcomers. Our community’s feedback consistently confirms our core mission is reflected in the culture of the studio.
The power of cultivating community is paramount to the gym’s mission of providing high-quality movement education. I am committed to working with our gym community (coaches, students, custodians) to ensure that these values are reflected. We would not be here without our community.
I look forward to seeing you at Liberty Fitness.
