A dancer since she was young and an instructor for over 15 years, Karma has a natural inclination for reading a room of movers and guiding them to what feels best for their own bodies. She has experience with students aged K-12 and adults from 19 to 90 years old. She received her 200 HR YTT from MY Vinyasa Practice in 2022 through their scholarship for BIPOC instructors, as a response to the Black Lives Matter movement and whitewashing in yoga.
