The Studio
Our studio is a space for collective learning, self-care, and community. We've been told time and time again that we have something different and we're proud of that! We see movement on a continuum and a practice that changes over the lifespan. There are no finish lines or before-and-afters, just people moving and caring for themselves while in community.
We know the weightlifting and fitness world can feel intimidating and we are here for you every step of the way. Please feel free to contact us prior to your first session to answer any questions or concerns you may have about getting started. We are happy to answer questions and talk about your needs.
Note: For private clients, you can expect a fifteen minute consult prior to your first session, so you can feel oriented and ready to go!
