If you email us directly, reach out through Instagram, or communicate with us in person, we may retain that information in order to respond and follow up.
Booking and Payment Information
All class bookings, memberships, class packs, and payments are processed through Bookee (also known as Kenko). Any personal or financial information you provide on that platform — including your name, email, payment details, and attendance history — is governed by Bookee's privacy policy, not ours. We do not store or handle payment card information on our website.
What We Do Not Collect
Our website does not use any analytics software, advertising pixels, session recording tools, or behavioral tracking technology. We do not automatically collect IP addresses, browser data, device identifiers, or information about how you navigate our site.
How We Use Your Information
We use contact form submissions for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry or request. We do not add you to a marketing list based solely on submitting a contact form.
If you choose to receive email updates from us — such as class schedule announcements or studio news — those communications are managed through Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Third-Party Services
Our website connects to a small number of external services. Each one has its own privacy practices that apply when you interact with them.
Netlify (Website Hosting & Forms)

Bookee / Kenko (Bookings & Payments)
Class registrations, memberships, and payments take place through the Bookee platform, either via the widget embedded on our website or the Bookee mobile app. Information you provide during that process is subject to Bookee's own privacy policy and terms of service. Liberty Fitness does not control how Bookee stores or handles your data.
Mailchimp (Email Communications)
If you opt in to receive email updates from us, we use Mailchimp to manage and send those communications. Your email address is stored in our Mailchimp account. Google Fonts
Our website loads typefaces from Google Fonts, hosted on Google's servers. When your browser requests a font file, Google may log your IP address as part of standard content delivery network (CDN) operation. This is not used for advertising or behavioral tracking. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Maps
Our website includes links to Google Maps for directions to our studio. Clicking a directions link takes you to Google's platform, where Google's own privacy policy applies.

Email addresses on our Mailchimp list are retained until you unsubscribe or we remove your address. Unsubscribing is instant and available from any email we send.
