Welcome to Liberty Fitness
Our story
Holly opened Liberty Fitness in 2021 with the mission to create a space where people could access high quality strength training with an emphasis on body awareness and form, without the competitive grind mentality. She was an experienced coach who had felt out of place as both athlete and coach in the industry. She knew she needed to instruct from a place of empowerment, rather than trying to be quiet when unhealthy messaging permeated gym spaces. Liberty Fitness is the result of her deciding to build the gym she was searching for.
From our start as a mobile business, we have grown and continued working to serve our community in more ways. The power of cultivating community is paramount to the gym’s mission of providing high-quality movement education. Holly is committed to working with our gym community (instructors, clients, custodians) to ensure that these values are reflected.
Our team has been growing and she is so grateful to have their support, perspectives, and different forms of movement being brought in to provide an even better experience.
A Few Things To Note:
We offer a range of classes suitable for all levels and goals. Our instructors are skilled with progressions and regressions for the movements they teach.
We keep our studio equipment and floors as clean as possible at all times.
You are welcome to bring your child(ren) to your private sessions. Some classes are child-friendly, so please reach out and we can talk about the best options for you!

Policies
Getting Started:
Pre-registration is highly recommended! If you are new to the studio, please reach if you have set-up questions, so you can start your first class on time!
We are a small studio and do not have a front desk staff to help with registering at the time of class. Our owners are more than happy to assist if they are present, but we encourage you to plan ahead and get in touch prior to your first class, if you have technical questions or concerns! Students who arrive without an account will typically be asked to return for another class after following set up, as instructors must prioritize the class and cannot remove themselves for this
Please read all forms sent to your account to ensure understanding. Please reach out if anything is unclear.
Class Registration:
Because instructors are leading classes, it is the client's responsibility to sign up prior to class. We offer pre-registration via our online booking platform (browser or app) or early contact via email (see 'Contact' tab), because we do not have the ability to provide consistent tech support while at the gym to instruct. Should you arrive without a complete registration, your instructor may ask you to instead return for a future class after following the registration policy above. It is expected that registration is complete prior to beginning class. This policy is set in place to ensure everyone has the best possible experience. The policy is crucial to a class flowing smoothly and honoring both your instructor's and other students' time.
Early communication with a multiple day buffer is recommended if the app/ booking platform is not convenient for you. Our pre-registration option to bypass the app is as follows:
Email correspondence to confirm details of your booking request and for us to confirm room in the class. An invoice will be sent after this or you can pay for multiple classes at once in person with cash/check. After payment is complete, you will be added to your class. Bookings are not complete until these steps have been completed (i.e. if an invoice is unpaid and the class fills prior to it being paid, the registration will not be completed). If you arrive without a registration and the class is full, you will have to book a future date via the app or the pre-registration outlined here.
Classes can still be canceled up until the start of class by the client without any loss of passes/ payment. If you send an email and we do not see it in time to cancel the booking for you, you will be charged as this is an automatic setting in the system and your registration was a commitment for that space in class. Our classes have been waitlisting and there are no refunds, so please plan accordingly! If you do cancel a class prior to it starting, your pass will be retained and you will be able to use it for a future date.

Please note that Liberty Fitness has a Zero Tolerance Policy for abuse of instructors, custodial team members, and students. Zero Tolerance means that one incident is enough to establish that Liberty Fitness cannot serve someone. We advocate for the dignity and safety of all humans. This space is designed to be a safe space and to support the healing of our community. Abuse of any form (verbal, emotional, sexual, etc) is antithetical to this value.
We do all we can to deescalate a situation, however it is up to the individual to reflect and engage. If a student is unable or unwilling to take accountability and work towards a productive solution, Liberty Fitness will remove them from their client list to ensure the safety and emotional wellbeing of all other students and our instructors.
We do not expect unanimous agreement on everything. We do expect everyone who comes in to honor others with dignity and respect.
